If she's that paranoid about e-mail, why couldn't she set up a new account? Also, if her credit card is abused, she can always dispute the charges. All card companies these days are quite biased towards the customer, so she has nothing to worry about. She sounds unbelievably inconsiderate. I probably would have refused to serve her.
