		<description>Great post!!  I&#039;ve seen this first hand with my current startup.  Our concept was so new that originally we felt like we literally had to give it away to encourage our customers to take a chance on us and our program.  Since this point, we&#039;ve learned that we provide such a huge value in our unique selling proposition that we will soon be charging people to setup our program.  What&#039;s cool is that we still will have trouble keeping up with the demand when this is done!
